EMS Question or Theory

Does a EMS user still gets tired because their chakra goes down of using one of the 3 techniques? I know their Eyesight doesn't go down though. Just want to know do they get tired

Yes, they do. Though I can understand the confusion as Madara is the ninja we have seen the most screentime with using EMS, but he does not show fatigue because he has been edo'd, which gives you unlimited chakra.
