Why is Eternal mangekyou sharigan so generic?

because with the EMS comes eternal eyesight just because I can see forever without going blind you put a Eternal infront of it !_!

I think it's pretty spot on since what MS means. Also not just eyesight perk but you can use jutsus easier than before meaning, not as much chakra loss from the jutsu.
