Madara can take this without kurama as Nagato has no way of harming him other than running up to his PS and absorbing it with preta path, something that never happens when EMS Sasuke has the reactions to tag Juubito and Madara's Slashes are more powerful than anything nagato has in his arsenal bar CST.
