Since Madara almost killed SM Hashirama with only Kurama, I think that he would win with the help of the Shukaku.

Kyubi was a drag tbh . Madara didnt swing any blade to SS, it was just some Shuriken tbbs that destroyed all SS's arms , if his PS was Stabilised and not just covering Kurama this fight against summons could have changed and that could have fixed all the Sasuke's susanoo BS we're encountering these days . Also , There is nothing much implying Kurama's PS is stronger considering how Sasuke's tiny PS has show amazing offensive capabilities without any beast in it . The only thing it came with was ninjutsu , and a protection for Kurama, nothing else . Madara's PS wasnt even stabilised in this fight . Also he didnt go all out , he could have use Izanagi to continue the fight . And where did Kurama go after being "suppressed" ?? Lol

He can't protect Shukaku without Susanoo, and he'll be too busy fighting Hashirama to worry about it. He simply drops a Gate on it and calls it a day.

People, I think Shukaku would at least distract Hashirama a little.
Madara + Kyuubi almost killed Hashirama.
Now, add Shukaku to the battle; Hashirama would get stepped on by Shukaku (or simply distract Hashirama when the battle starts or grabbing the Shinsuusenju while the Kyuubi blasts it). The odds favor Madara even more, not so much, but it makes a big difference when fighting a legend.
