Intel : Full(Including Izanagi)
Restrictions : Any form of Susano'o above Ribcage version
Distance : 50m
Condition :
-Pein cannot use Deva Path until two other Paths defeated.
-Madara will not abuse this loophole to defeat Deva before killing other Paths.
-Madara isn't aware which Pein has which power.
-Madara can use small Yasaka no Magatama that he used against Tsunade.
-Madara has 'Blind Madara's blitzing feats and able to use Haijingakure no jutsu.
-Madara can use legged Susano'o only to escape/stop CT.
-Madara has his Scythe and Gunbai and can use his partial Susano'o through Gunbai like he did in manga when stopping giant chakra rods.

-Madara has no intel about Rinnegan's powers.
-Pein has no intel about Madara's power except the tales he heard.
