I believe Minato can win this, but not in raw battle since he lacks the fire power to destroy Madara's Susanoo. He can mark his Susanoo however which has shown solidity, so from that point Madara would be forced to maintain it since if he deactivates it, the time it takes to deactivate leaves him open from an attack(FTG blitz). Minato on the other hand could just sleep and wait for his opportunity since his opponent can't hit him either. If he doesn't want, he can also use Pa and Ma for the long range frog genjutsu(strongest according to databook) however and Madara has no chance to stop it in time when he has a teleporter on Minato's caliber on the other side. Technically, Minato can win fights easy with this move, although i'm not sure Kishi would let it happen in a manga
That's featwise however since i believe portrayal wise, Madara would win

All depends on minato's reserves. He could potentially just troll the shit out of Madara with FTg, and possibly even send in a shadow clone to warp away his PS. But, it really does depend on his chakra reserves.

Minato has zero chance against EMS Madara in all forms. A single sword slash of his reduced mountains to dust. Two or three obliterate the landscape together with all the Kunais and the seals would be rendered useless. And Minato would be left as a red stain on the battle-field. He has literally nothing in his arsenal to even get close to Susano'o. A single Katon attack from Madara would burn everything in its path as well. No where to teleport then.

Minato can take him out U_U Yes there's a high possibility of him losing as well because its the Legendary Madara but first Madara need's intel on "Minato's FTG" if not then Minato is at an overwhelming Advantage.

Lets Assume Madara doen't know about Minato's FTG, Then Minato can pretty much win Med-High Diff. If Madara goes PS or PSS even, Minato with shadow clones can teleport the PS away and take out Madara via various means. Also once marked its over.

You Need to be Rikudou's level to land a hit, an actual hit in a heated battle on Minato [Only Rikudo-Obito has that feat] and Madara even Edo one is no where near Obito's level of speed, reflexes. Heck even Base Hashirama was able to get to his back. Minato is far faster.

Madara has map-changing moves but so Did Kurama yet couldn't do anything against Yondaime.

However if Madara has info on Minato's FTG and his fighting style then because of who he is i.e. the Legendary Madara he'll make sure not to get marked, and always keep Minato at a distance. In that case its a stalemate because Minato will resort to RDS and take them both dawn U_U
