Madara wins. Already in V4 susanoo. Hidan is not getting to him, so he is a non factor. Samehada could probably absorb some susanoo chakra from madara but I doubt it would do much against PS. Madara then slaughters.

The only way team two wins, is if itachi catches Madara in tsukiyomi. He can't break out. But that would require eye contact. With Madara in PS, not happening.

Domu can harden any part of the body
so Kakuzus eyes and brain become soo strong that nothing bar raiton (which can counter the doton affinity of the jutsu) would be able to affect it.

Domu enhanced Eyes and brain mean genjutsu GG is not happening.

Kakuzu is human, and in all sincerity I would say that a stab from Madara's Susanoo would obliterate even his Domu. Also, as NarutoX28 said, that is just an armor that makes his skin harder. Nothing more.
Anyway I'm more positive about the destiny of Akatsukis. If Gaara without any knowledge has been able to pull Madara out of his Susanoo with sand, we may assume that Kisame, that is a stronger fighter than Gaara, can do the same with his water, then Kakuzu attacks him with his Fuuton+Katon combo in order to distract him for enough moments to let Itachi perform a genjutsu and make Madara cut his skin and give a drop of his blood to Hidan.
