Hashi wins against EMS Madara obviously, but EMS Madara effortlessly beats Minato, Tobirama, Hiruzen and Tsunade with PS, this isn't even a match lol.

-No, Izanagi could not have saved Madara cause if people paid attention they'd know Madara couldn't even maintain Sharingan at the end of their fight, thus no Izanagi in that moment. Transcription Seal works by pre-sealing a jutsu into the eye that only activates when a condition is met, and Madara's condition was obviously that he'd have to die first.

Madara fought w/ Kurama and still lost. In terms of power they are on par but Hashirama is superior overall and will defeat Madara in combat every single time. Without Kurama its a slaughter.

And Madara still obliterates the people you mentioned. Base Minato, Tobirama, Tsunade and Prime Hiruzen need to be tiers above the combined Gokage to stand a chance of winning since the Gokage were powerless against Madara once he stopped messing around, and they are not.

SS tore through Kurama massive TBB / PS Sword spam while also breaking PS Armor AND suppressing the Kyuubi to sleep.
That level of destruction is impossible to replicate even in the series now. Under Juubi stuff

But Madara's attack also destroyed all of Shinsuusenju's arms. In raw power their attacks were equal, but Hashirama still had things up his sleeve outside of raw power. Overall in that particular clash he had the edge by far since SS wasn't destroyed, but PS was.

Mokujin would gradually be burnt up, but not in any reasonable or practical time frame when compared to how quick paced battles are.
