Madara already stated in the manga (indirectly) that he used perfect susanoo against Hashirama but im not too sure

That fight isn't canon. Even if you believed it was, the manga has heavily implied that Hashirama fought Perfect Susano'o, with Madara also claiming that Shodai used the Wood Dragon to bind the Kyuubi. Did you see any of that in the in video game footage? No.

i dont excatly rememb which chapter it was, but it was when Madara fought the Kages. so most likely around ch 589-592 since he first used it there.

The Clones edo Madara used are from Hashirama Mokuton, without Hashirama DNA he hasn't done any clones. So he didn't have that technique when they fought.
