He also can't use Wood Golem to catch the Bijuudama.

the moment madara puts susano armor on the kyuubi, edo madaras mokuton becomes useless. 11 bijudamas combined with the blades of PS destroy edo madara.

The reason why Madara was so dangerous was mainly due to his handy summoning beast, the Nine Tails.Taking that away from Madara will only leave him with PS.Even Nagato a well known Rinngegan user pales in comparison to the likes of PS Kyuubi and none of Hashirama's wood style besides his 1000 hands Statue could restrain an armored Kyuubi.

EMS is stronger than Edo due to the summoning advantage.​

-Rinnegan is useless as we don't know Madara's full capabilities with it and PS Kyuubi already takes a dump on Nagato who has displayed all the Rinnegan techs.
