Madara doesn't just pull out perfect susano'o in 5 seconds.
I would imagine Madara keeping these two at bay with complete, normal sized susano'o.
When Kabuto begins using the sound 4's techniques he'll probably begin with Kidmaro and Kimimaro's techs like he did before. Madara may pull PS out then and stop the attacks.
No matter if Madara pulls PS out or not, he's trapped by the genjutsu.
Also sound genjutsu isn't working here? Should I point out that Madara was able to chat with the 5 kages while being in PS? Yet sound genjutsu can't reach him?
This fight boils down to who pulls their finishing technique first.
Madara may be learning more towards pulling PS out sooner since his susano'o is going to have to fight off Jiraiya's summonings.
But an in character Madara would never pull out PS unless forced to, and that's fact that Madara toys first unless he has to try.
I doubt Kabuto will use Hakugei here because of Jiraiya, he can at least break jiraiya out of genjutsu.
Oh, and Jiraiya also has the frogs which can use their frog song even though it takes time.
