-VoTe Explosion>>>Flash BD explosion. W/ Senjutsu Minato might be able to replicate that explosion with his own Flash BD, but that doesn't really help given the ridiculous gap in size between both attacks.
-Madara also had to deal with Chojo hitting him directly, making the damage he took worse than it looks judging by the explosion.
-Madara was also using a PS the size of Kyuubi, his regular Susanoo is bigger by a good amount. Thus more power will be needed to get past it.
-Madara can cut Mountain Ranges with his blade's shockwaves, that puts his power a long ways above a standard Bijuu Dama.
-Kurama Avatar can be damaged by a Bijuu Dama, so take something stronger than it that penetrates better and it won't survive.
So as long as Madara keeps him away by hitting him with shockwaves, eventually (much sooner than later) Minato's Avatar gets cut into and he dies. Can't evade shockwaves that span the entire battlefield and travel for miles and miles, nor will he bust Susanoo before Madara busts his Avatar open. Teleportation won't work when Madara doesn't even need to make contact with his Avatar to kill him.
S2: Minato wins comfortably. His sword slashes aren't going to get past Full Kurama w/ Senjutsu as easy as they would half Kurama, and Full Kurama in canon has shown the firepower necessary to disable Madara's Susanoo. Now add Senjutsu. That's probably a 2x boost in power. Madara's Susanoo is destroyed once Minato fires that barrage. The only issue is that Minato's own Avatar might end up getting destroyed in the blast, but he should be able to survive it with either light or no injuries even if he doesn't create distance. Either way Madara is dealt with. Edo Tensei doesn't do anything for him here.
-Mokuton is useless.
-Rinnegan at the level Edo Madara has it at is useless.
