Madara wins mid diff. Not only does he have Perfect Susanoo which is trouble enough for Naruto, he also has the 100% Kyuubi which is twice as strong as the Kyuubi Naruto has. Unstablized PS already tanked a Bijuu Dama from 100% Kurama and it was unscathed.

Stabilized PS or Kyuubi PS's defense is obviously higher than unstabilized PS.

Also Naruto's Bijuu Mode lasts for 8 minutes so that's another disadvantage for him. Any TBB Naruto throws at Madara can be matched and deflected or overpowered by one from 100% Kyuubi.

Kurama with its wholesome Yin/Yang Chakra encased inside PS would crush BM Naruto that is drawing the power from a half powerful tailed-beast. Any TBB is tanked by PS and Naruto won't be able to match Madara Kurama's TBB in terms of Chakra usage and power. Then there is Naruto's 8 minute time limit. It would be over in no time, given the devastation caused by PS's sword slashes alone. Even without Kurama EMS Madara takes this mid-difference. Adding Kurama would only lean the fight more in his favour.

FRS kills the human (madara) on the cellular level. kyuubi is genjutsu'd and buried somewhere. im told genjutsus dont end unless the caster runs out of chakra or the one trapped finds a way out. so kyuubi is genjutsu'd by the frogs and left there

How so? If you mean by me saying it was unscathed that may or may not have been an exageration, not like you have any kind evidence that it was harmed anyway.
