I see that Kakshi fanbase basically losing their minds and bandwagonning the shit out of him. But let me remind you that Madara is still stronger between the two because..:
1st) His Sussano is bigger.
2nd) His Sussano is more destructive(slices mountains and chit)
3rd) Madara has more experience with Sussano while Kakshi only acquired it in this chapter.
So you better shut it and stop being delusional.
