I knew it, Madara had the ingrediants to defeat Hashirama Senju afterall. He fought Hashirama simply for his dna, and plotted a fake death so he could plan his massive projet in the shadows.


- Madara read the Uchiha tablet, and discovered that the only way he could attain true peace, was to combine his power with Hashirama's so he could awaken the Rinnegan.

Hashirama was beyond exhausted, he fought Madara uchiha for 24 hours. The scan above shows Hashirama in a really vulnerable position. Hashirama has no knowledge on izanagi, just like Shisui.
Shisui is a OP character, yet got owned by his lack of knowledge over Izanagi despite being ''fully recovered'' before he fought Danzo.

Madara didn't use Izanagi for Hashirama, since it doesn't matter and he will exist in the world he will create. Just like obito said to Madara about Kakashi.

So EMS Madara > Hashirama Senju after all

He got soloed twice by Hashirama when he was alive and we would be soloed again as an EDO had not been for BZ controlling Obito and reviving him. It took Izuna's eyes, Nine tails and PS for him to come close and bite Hashirama
