Upto now we know that minato>tobirama as he is THE FASTEST CHARACTER IN NARUTOVERSE and rasengan toad masters makes him win with 2nd mid diff and then fight the 95% dead hashirama so they have a chance....
fourth is also extemely skilled in s/t barrier and seals and we know that he has ftg so that also counts...

Hmmm, tough battle. Honestly, it could go either way. The senju brothers have the elemental advantage. Minato and Madara have defense and evasion over the senju brothers. I'll stay neutral for now, but I'm leaning towards Minato and Madara.

well the wood style,healing ability of 1st hokage plus his brother's water style and space time jutsu vs madara's fire style,susanoo,amaterasu,tsukuyomi among others plus minato space time,sealing.i think it would end in a stalemate with both parties either dying or being unable to move
