I believe EMS Itachi would be stronger than EMS Madara and on par with Hashirama. As a matter of fact, he would be in the top 5.

Itachi already owns. Beat 2 akatsuki members in the space of a minute with nothing more than sharingan genjutsu. Neither were worthy of seeing amaterasu, tsukuyomi, susano or the legendary weapons.

As for the thread anybody who gets a power up gets stronger. Although some cases arent true. Example kakashi with 2 sharingans will be weaker.
