Itachi would win. If he doesnt have his sickness in this fight, then he would win. It would be close, but after all Itachi is a boss. Plus he could trap Tobi in Tsukuyomi. Yes, Amaterasu wouldnt work, but Itachi can atleast summon Susano'o. Plus he has that sword and the Yata mirror.

I would agree with you if Tobi has a MS to begin with. Atleast Itachi had MS. It was Tobi in his current form vs Itachi if he had EMS. So Normal sharingan/rinnegan vs EMS.

*Honestly, we need to see more of Tobi's battle techniques before we can come to a good conclusion.

Considering the size of the Juubi.. it would be a huge target for Amaterasu and Totsuka sword. Do not say it can't seal it because its size.. because thats utterly wrong.

EMS Itachi would go toe to toe with Tobi. I can't really say who would win but im gunna go with Itachi.
