OT: Obito. one MS and Itachi would have taken this, but both and there is no way Itachi is winning this. Even Kaguya couldn't do much against a Double MS Kakashi who isn't even an uchiha.
Totsuka Blade? Overrated. I have yet to see Totsuka seal anything that wasn't already stationary (Pinned downed or defeated)
Yatta mirror? wouldn't bet on it. Especially since Obito doesn't have to attack Susanoo from the front when he can just phase underground and knock Itachi out of Susanoo.
Amateratsu? That hasn't taken anyone out since Bee and even then it didn't take out Bee XD
Now there is Tsukuyomi-Izanami. Now this might be Itachi's trump card, But Obito is pretty strong willed. However he may not be able to break Izanami as he wasn't really being his true self like Madara was. This is the only way I see Itachi winning.
