Even with Hashirama's Sage Mode, he has no Mokuton jutsu so he can't use Shinsuusenju, and his own Susanoo being amped isn't enough for him to take out EMS Madara, mainly cause he can summon Kurama. Kisame doesn't have the power to do so either even with Naruto's SM.
