It would take two pair uchihas eyes two get Indra with his original power
Perfect susanoo.
The same way it takes senju+uchiha for rinnegan
It takes two ms for ems who Indra had through birthright.

So most likely he had swirl eyes>3toma>EMS

I agree. I think his eyes were a natural EMS as his genes were so pure. As time went on it became harder and harder for an uchiha to get to EMS/MS, atleast imo.

I agree with this. He didn't take anyone's eyes and was directly related to the sage and had his power, therefore his EMS was natural.
