In VOTE2, how strong could Rinnegan Sasuke go? Pretty far. RSM equaled him in power right? Sort of. When did Rinnegan Sasuke move up a tier in power? When he combined the Bijuu chakra to form his Bijuu Susano, right?

Who are you kidding here. 3T Sharingan has been putting Tailed Beasts in control since the early stages of time. A Rinnegan + Sharingan mix should have no trouble doing that, and more as Sasuke showed. Comparing Sasuke's Rinnegan to Madara/Obito's when it's shown to perform at the same level + with Sharringan abilities is a joke.

Naruto dodged a Chidori. He didn't tank it in any regard.

RSM sensing is the only thing that kept him alive against his strike. The diversion was foolish, as Naruto's line of sight has nothing to do with his ability to dodge, so regardless of the diversion, Naruto was at his peak in terms of reaction time.

The same way I just mentioned. Genjutsu to knock him down, Amnotejikara to close the distance, and Chidori to end it. No consciousness, no Bijuu cloak, no surviving. (Not to mention that JJMadara likely has even better durability feats than Naruto's RSM cloak, but that's another debate in and of itself.)

No. Naruto did tank it. I'm too lazy to pull up the scan, but it was clearly shown the effect of the attack. That's how he got pushed back by Sasuke; the Chidori.

I don't understand how you can say that. Sight is part of sensing. Naruto wasn't even in RSM until the Katon was right near him for him to tank it, and by then Sasuke had already used Amenotejikara to get behind him. Without the diversion and Naruto activating RSM later, I'm almost completely certain he would be able to react to it.

Again, 5 seconds isn't a great window like you're giving. By the time Sasuke uses the Genjutsu, Amenotejikara's in and then uses Chidori, Naruto will have already broken out of the Genjutsu and we're still under the pre-tense that it's a hypothetical intel scenario, which means Naruto will already have his RSM cloak activated and have tanked Chidori. Although I do agree Madara has superior durability, that doesn't really matter since his sensing is vastly inferior.

Blac, you know I respect your opinion on everything, but you're grasping at straws here. Sasuke has Rikudou chakra. Using chakra to maintain that is nothing. Especially since he recharged himself by taking in that chakra itself. The moment Sasuke had to use an external power source, that confirmed his inferiority to RSM Naruto.
