Eternal Mangeku Sharingan is the fusion of 2 MS eyes into one.The EMS user have his own MS skills and the MS skill of the person he have taken.For example Sasuke.
I believe fusion of MS skills make it alot stronger in EMS form.Madara and Izuna maybe have MS susano and in EMS mode Madara was able to prefect susano by fusining the 2 MS susano.As a result,Perfect susano was created
Remember Madara have to stabilise his fourth susano to get Perfect susano.I believe Madara have to stablize his ms and izuna ms susano into one form to get Perfect susano.
Sasuke will get Perfect susano if he learn to stabilies his susano with itachi own.Sasuke can change his eyes from EMS to his own MS and reverse,which make me think he can use Itachi MS eyes and their skills.

Anyway sasuke susano will be alot better since itachi have Yata mirror and totsuki blade in his own .Susano suppose to have a total of 4 arms .I believe sasuke Perfect susano will have amatersu orb in one hand,the sealing jar in another hand,Yata mirror molded into a bow on the other hand and totsuka blade molded with amaterasu

Tsukyomi is a very strong MS genjutsu which allow use to trap their oponent into an illusion.Itachi had perfected tsukyomi which allow him to manipulate time in his illusion dimension (which make minutes to hour) .Itachi tsukyomi can only be break by a clan member possessing a sharingan.However Sasuke tsukyomi is weaker than Itachi because itachi had much time with his MS compare to sasuke (overuse MS in battle against killerbee,kages and others),itachi have knowledge of using the MS (from the uchiha tablet) and he also specialise in genjutsu.People spectulate that sasuke EMS will allow him to slow down time.I believe if sasuke merge his tsukyomi with itachi tsukyomi (which can alter time in his dimension ) will make him control time in the real world.

Sasuke is better with amterasu compare to itachi.Sasuke can manipulate amaterasu to many forms.I believe the fusion of itachi Amaterasu and sasuke amaterasu will give raise to a Perfected or advance form of amaterasu.For example amater pheonix since sasuke and itachi were associated with birds(hawk and crow)
