Before we move on, however, we will work on a part of water manipulation that is extremely useful, and provides a foundation to most water techniques.

Learning how to spit water from your mouth.

Focus your chakra into your mouth, and let it rise out and burst out, but it has to be turned into water by the influence of your water element chakra.

I focus water chakra into my mouth and add chakra to it to make it sticky.
