in terms of strategically weak points I guess my answer to that is -> anything that is use by Wind element
as a general rule in Naruto RP
but in terms of combo elements that uses on lightning like Shock, Kyoton - weak against wind then fire chakra
Light, Toton - weak against fire then lightning charkas
Gravity, Geton - weak against wind then lightning chakras
Storm, Araton - weak against wind then earth chakras
Radiation, Houton - weak against wind then water chakras
Explosion, Baton - weak against lightning then wind chakras

my computer connection is damn slow now due to christmas nightime
From what I understand on the channeling chakra that is put to the weapon is weak, especially lightning, we can counter by using any Wind element jutsus. On the other hand, when we amplify lightning chakra through weapon and directly hit to the opponent the result would be either shocked or stunned.
Setting an example is the kunai channeling with lightning that is thrown to its enemy I think it can deflect by using wind jutsus.
other one, is lightning shuriken with strings that will wrap around the enemy. Hmmm.... I think the only thing that can negate is countering wind jutsus, too.
And as for nagashi well... if you're not a sharingan user your fast movement is like one-sided. I mean you vision is like a 'tunnel vission' and movement is one way- straight forward. You are in a disadv if your opponent can swing to left to right and counter it.
