[Spoilers] Emperor Equivalency

Recently we have heard about pirate crews who have plans of taking down an emperor. Kid, Killer, and their alliance are after an Emperor. Kid has been sinking Big Mam's ships. Luffy has said that he wants to eventually fight all the emperors and has already picked a fight with Big Mam, and now is messing directly with DD who has connections with Kaido.

Use this thread to discuss what and who do you think can go up against an Emperor.

What kind of alliance can take down an Emperor assuming they don't have to worry about the Emperors army/crew.

Yes, Mihawk is "Yonko" level. He rivals Shanks after all.

Kid's alliance will take down BM
Luffy's alliance will take down Kaido

But this wont happen in a long time. They're not strong enough yet.

mehawk is probably as strong as a yanko and i think the only chance any super nova has a chance to defeat a yanko would be if only they joined strawhat alliance cause they are the only group with decent enough fighters.law/luffy zoro and sanji-beppo and jenbart.kid alliance has kid/killer appo and hawkins.drake is solo and people like urogue and cappone are just two weak.when fighting a yanko if they dont have 5 fighters at least in monster trio level they are gonna get raped.

The only emperor I feel Mihawk can take down in a one on one is BIG MUM. (slight biased on my part drawn from Oda's depiction of females in his series). I don't think there is a surefire blueprint to take down a Yonko down since I think each of them is set up differently from the other. We know that all Yonko (crew, allies, captain) are equal.


Depending on how strong the captain is he may have more strong members with him. WB was nearly twice as strong as his crew and did not need to have that many top tiers with him. This may not be the case for other crews. For know I say that it will take 4 - 6 Supernova crews to stand a chance against a Yonko.


The WG could seen in all the admirals and warlords (crew & allies) and some pacifista to deal with a Yonko. I think MF did not do justice to showcase the power of warlords.

Mihawk only >Shanks in swordsmanship but overall shanks is superior fighter and Haki beast....Oda stated that Shanks losing an arm didnt decrease his strength in any way.

ummm no, Honestly for all we know Shanks is stronger in every aspect except swordsmanship.
