The genius community annotated and explained nearly every bar in the song. I think you'll find out what he means if you go on rap genius. But some of the annotations could be assumptions and he might just be randomly rhyming.

Either way he's still the King of Rap and this song further reinforces that fact. And if it's a freestyle then damnnnnnnnnnn....

he fell off bad ...hes maybe the mainstream king back in the day , but compare it to like anyone one strange music and its not really too great, but yeah it is a freestyle...i like em don't get me wrong i watched him at the rap olympics before he was ever famous (im 36 yrs old ) and have seem him thru his whole career , but this is garbage compared to his other works and that's just truth...

Each line has a meaning sure, but none of them connect, really, so it is random.

These random assortment of lines with little to no significance will be sure to rile up the fanboys and they'll continue to call him the "GOAT" for rapping over absolute silence with absolutely no apparent reason.
