Ik they weren't trying to kill the two guys but they both took terrible hits. Sasuke should of used susanoo instead of his body to save sarada. And could of soloed them way quicker. Naruto lol it was pretty funny how he got randomly stabbed but the hokage shouldn't go down like that.

There is something called put all effort into a single jutsu, so if he said so mean he is using his full powered fire ball.
Other jutsu might be better than his full power grand fire ball even not at full powered.
