performs water dragon bullet O-O. Alright for the second jutsu I want you to perform the tiger hand seal And channel your fire chakra into both your hands. Once done I want you youse shape manipulation to form a large scyth that You hold In your hands. The size of the scyth should be roughly the same size as you, while the blade should be twice your size.

I begin by taking out my sword and holding it at both ends. I make sure that the tipped side is facing you. Once the sword is in place, I channel my fire chakra into the sword. I add more and more chakra into the blade until I believe its enough. Once the blade turns red in color, I release the chakra from the blade shooting out a long stream of fire that has high penetration power.
Pro's: No handseals needed.
