Description: This is a training method used to gain the basic skills of chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the bark of the tree to break around the point of contact and the user to fall. This technique becomes second nature to shinobi with more practice.

歴史|History
Elizabeth was born from unknown parents, in the village hidden in the leaves, konohagakure. She was an orphan along with her adoptive brother George. Elizabeth and her adoptive brother George wandered throughout the outskirts of konoha, trying to find their purpose of life. One day while walking with her year younger, brother george. They were attack by anbu nin, Gerorge being couragous used himself as a sheild to protect Elizabeth. The anbu nin beat George to a bloody pulp and afterwards kidnapped a traumatized 7 year old Elizabeth. The anbu took Elizabeth into konoha and took her to the hokage. Her maiden name was stripped, and she was given the name Lisa Lisa. Elizabeth was enrolled into the ninja academy the year she turned 8. Elizabeth was an aspiring prodigy in ninja acedemy, she was an excellent student. When she graduated at age 13, from the ninja acedemy, she decided to find her believed to be dead brother. During a mission with he group she was approached by anbu ninja. Elizabeth, still holding resentment, fired kunai at one of the anbu ninja. The kunai knocked the anbu's mask off revealing dark gray eyes and ruffled brown hair. The anbu nin had ivory skin and held a kunai with trembling hands. Elizabeth young and naive knew the anbu was undoubtly was her claimed to be deceased brother. Elizabeth rushed toward the anbu and wrapped her arms, embracing him with a hug. To her horror her kid brother George, stabbed Elizabeth in her stomache while in her embrace. Her teamates unable to act against anbu, witnessed the stabbing were quickly exucted by the other anbu ninja.The anbu ninja were quickly revealed to not be of konoha's anbu ninja, but rouge nin who were s class criminals. Elizabeth both bleeding and tremnling passed out from blood loss. She awoke in konoha inside the hokage's office, and afterwards was put as an anbu nin. The next 11 years of Elizabeths life traveled by in flash, soon after spending the duration of her teens as anbu. Elizabeth no longer responded to her maiden name, and took on the name Lisa Lisa fully. Leaving behind her troubled past, she decided to retire from the anbu at 20 years old. She decided to travel the ninja world searching for any type of fulfilment, purpose or answers. But, she still swears her allegiance to konoha, hoping to find her "will of fire".
