the elite sternritter are Askin, Lile, Pernida and Gerard. Gremmy isn't one of them, suprisingly same case for Ishida and Haschwalth.

Uryu and Haschwalth aren't elites because Haschwalth is the leader of all the sternritter, including elites, so he outranks them, and Uryu isn't actually a sternritter like Yhwach.
