Chapter 629.

I see the most people enjoyed the latest chapter too, but I also see some people complaining about it. Especially the argument 'I want to see more fighting' comes back more then a few times.

Well, people here know me as someone who critizise some stuff Kishimoto did with this manga, but let me tell you this, for the story, this chapter was freaking amazing. Without any doubt one of the best chapters from the last months. I even had goosebumps at one page, hell, that has been VERY LONG ago. I have good hope for the future again, just thanks to this last chapter. I hope Kishimoto keeps this up!

First of all, I prefer story > fighting. And this chapter was very interesting for the story. Not only it explained some things (Rin...), it also is getting in the direction of an epic ending (Naruto on Juubi level soon? Way yooo). These latest chapters are all one big build up for it! Just wait and see...

But let me tell you in detail why I think this chapter was very good (9/10). In my opinion, of course.

1. We have waited for it for some time, but finally the Juubi is showing why it's legendary. Such powers, such chaos. However, this panel made me laugh. Seems the Juubi throwed up an atomic bomb.

2. Edo Madara, the strongest Uchiha ever, once again impressed by Naruto. Even such strong attack from the Juubi wasn't enough to kill the Alliance, thanks to Naruto. Incredible!

3. These expressions... Brilliantly drawed by Kishimoto! When I look at Naruto here, I can see his will (of fire), his determination, his guts to never give up.

4. This page gave me goosebumps. Juubi acting butthurted and totally mad because of Naruto. Confirmed: Naruto will be on Juubi's level soon, and guess what, he deserves it. He saved the entire army on his own, numerous times already! And even if you don't believe Naruto will be the next Riduko, it's still amazing how the Juubi sees him in Naruto. Badass.

5. Hinata, what a development. When I see her, I still think about that little, shy girl. And look at her now. Standing in front of some shinobi's, ready to fight the Juubi, even without Kyuubi's chakra now! Dat Hinata!
Btw, Sakura being usefull too, nice to see. Funny face tho.

6. Rin gave her life for the village. Confirmed: Rin = female Itachi.

7. Obito, credits for him. It's not all because of Rin... (however he acted like it...), so this is good development for Obito. I also don't think Kakashi will TnJ him. Maybe Obito dies a villain with regrets, or Naruto TnJ's him.

I disagree with Naruto being on the Juubi's level anytime soon, unless some plot or SO6P related help arrives. So far the alliance has been on the defensive and hasn't managed to even damage the Juubi one bit.... It's more like a one sided battle than anything else :|

Tbh, I just see this chapter as another "prolong-the-manga"-chapter. It's so obvious that the story about Rin's death was something he came up with on a whim. Not only is it hardly unrealistic, it's also pathetic and stupid.

Beside of that, nothing happened. Some more talk-no-jutsu tries, and the Juubi seeing so6p in Naruto. I know I'm asking for a lot from the manga lately, but seriously, it's so obvious, that this is gonna be the last arc, and yet Kishi made contract for 2 years for it. That is about 100 chapters with this pace.. It just saddens me to ruin such a good manga by prolonging the end so much.

However I could add to review:

- Juubi buffed form - not usual view I can say

- Obito with hole where heart should be - badass I have to say(and I don't like Obito...)

Now I will go to part what I dislike about this chapter:

- Naruto being able to protect Entire SA from Juubi attack, you can ask me why ?!
Don't get me wrong I enjoyed reading this chapter and I really like when Kishi make Naruto badass, however Juubi hype just go down..., I expected Naruto to pull Bijuu mode and everyone from SA who was covered by Naruto full Kurama shroud would survive but REST OF SHINOBI ALLIANCE should die.

Now Everything is epic and all but story lacks drama, death really went at holiday again after killing Neji...

- Naruto shouldn't have Shukaku chakra and whatever someone say doesn't convince me. I hoped that Naruto would get Shukaku chakra and Gyuuki chakra only if Killer bee was swallowed by Juubi and while being absorbed, Gyuuki could create opportunity for Naruto to get Shukaku chakra, thanks to Gyuuki working as medium between Shukaku and Kurama/Naruto.

- Madara shouldn't was able to protect himself with second version of Sussano(Armored one), he should used Perfect Sussano to surives and even then there could be cracks on it...

- Obito should was able to fight well against Kakashi, but it looks like he let Kakashi take upperhand and corner him, but it still looks lame ;(

Rate: 8/10 (For awesome Naruto's panels)

My future predictions:

- Killer bee(his purpouse is done) will finally die, Gyuuki make Juubi stronger and closer to it's full power

- Naruto will awake Rinnegnan and talk with Sage of six paths

- Obito and Kakashi will kill each other(I have enough of Kamui shit)

- Edo Hokage and Taka will arrive, Madara will show his supperiority over Hashirama

- Fights should go like that:

Naruto, SA and TAKA + Edo Hiruzen vs Juubi

Edo Hashirama and Edo Tobirama vs Edo Madara

Edo Minato and Kakashi vs Obito

Let's see what Kishi will do

I know that, but he is still on the defence nonetheless, regardless of the reason. :| I want to see him properly fight the Juubi so we can gauge his power against it, but he's too busy protecting the fodder to do that ._.
