Actually He'll probably will considering that no Chuunin is going to be able to be on par with him except Sasuke.

IMO rasenggan is a forbidden jutsu because of his near death experience using the jutsu.but naruto can use it all the time.its his signature move man, imagine him using a chidori or a different jutsu makes it more odd. and if you remember mastering this would mean he surpassed his father, and now with the different kkg on his disposal the rasengan/ rasenshuriken will evolve into a totally different and badass awesome one... maybe a different jutsu is not appropriate..more over, hopefully those truth seeking balls can be modified by naruto and put some on it maybe put bubbles on one ball then acid on the other in that way madara can have a hard time analyzing what upgrade the rasenshuriken have.. ^_^

Actually he does becaue he's able to pick up sand. That's why he gets those rings around his eye, just like his dad when his dad is about to use his gold dust juts.

Naruto has to catch up to Sasuke chidori variants. If Naruto can mix the chakra's and form other rasengans that would be cool, like wind+earth+fire to make jinton or mix them all to form something else.

Naruto used a jiton rasengan using shukaku's chakra, shukaku can control sand, so can gaara.

So this would mean that gaara's sand is a form of jiton as well, it would make no sense for naruto to use a kazekage's KKG.

Do you expect a jutsu to just drop out of the sky? Naruto has a fixed set of skills that he worked on all his life. There's an old saying from Naruto itself: An expert with a stone will defeat a novice with a shuriken. Said by Zetsu during the Itachi and Sasuke war.

Naruto advances his techniques further, expanding on what he knows. His chakra manipulation is unsurpassed in this manga. The Fourth Hokage himself could not take the Rasengan further even though he created it! To you its just a variant, but in actuality its a whole new technique on a whole new level, believe it or not.

If you're bored or something, read a different manga maybe? Ever thought of that? Or better yet, why don't you write your own, then you can create whatever the hell you like.

Now but some wind release jutus would be not bad and not only ball jutsu.
