Versatility>Power, Reason why i have Sasuke as #1 in Raiton is his multiple variants of Chidori: Chidori Nagashi/Senbon/Blade/Sharp Spear and Danzo's multiple variants on wind release to me are more important and show more mastery of the element which is why he's higher he's clearly a very good user of Futon
