I threw 5 kunais at you, two to go past your left and right ears, two past your left and right side, and one over your head. As they reach you, they explode causing you to be under the 5 Senses Confusion Disorder.

You get to be confused in the next two moves (is that same as doing a turn?) So while you are confused, I pulled out two hard earth pillars with flat surfaces facing you and slammed them on you to crush you.

Now, I make 3 clones. RC to my right LC to my left and UC, directly under me. On guard for your move.

But how did you cancel it? My kunais were flying toward you, you said so yourself. If you were trying to activate (Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique, then it would have reached you already and have exploded causing you to be confused. All jutsus have a range limit. thats one difference I guess..
range changes strategies for people I guess?
If your asking why I would want short range, I just like short range battles thats all.
