Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.

*after listening to my Senpai carefully! I do the ram hand seal and then I begin to gather a considerable amount of chakra within my dominant arm and read it across to my Palm and stretch it out to the sky, calling in a lightning bolt to my desired location, which is I between the battlefield.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:

Surrounding the area around the user with suiton, and then call upon the lightning bolt should cause a devastating impact once hit, simply due to the fact that water is a natural conductor of electricity so the damage cause is vile and pretty versatile in nature, I'd say it'd make a great combo combining suiton, it can be easy to dodge if predicted, by sharbifan users especially or other doujutsu's so using other jutsus to bound the enemy is also great.

Ways to Counter:

A similar or higher ranked futon is enough to cancel it.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):

I can use this technique while my opponent is trapped or his movement limited, to cause the optimum amount of damage available and leave him stunned and keep the combination going, this tech is pretty great overall. But IMO it lacks the required precision.

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

Concentrate your raiton chakra, and throw it at the opponent. You should maintain a strong connection with the shuriken. A cable will link from your hand to the shuriken. If the shuriken hits anyone, it will cause paralyzing effects.

( Raiton: Purazuma Bōru ) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

Concentrate your raiton chakra, and focus it into the form of a small bubble of raiton to protect you. You can expand the bubble in the form of an omni directional wave. You can also move while inside it.

Ok, concentrate your lightning chakra into the form of a condensed orb of lightning. Throw the lightning orb into the sky, and it'll rain down lightning bolts. Remember, you aren't immune to them so you'll have to defend.

*Reaching for a large windmill shuriken, I then take a portion of my chakra as I use nature manipulations to mold my chakra at high speeds to generate Electricity. As I do that, I then flush out the chakra out of my pores and into the shuriken, causing it to be engulfed with a layer of lightning. I then throw it, whilst have a connection with it to control

Its great as a paralyzing move. Once the opponent is paralyzed, he is vulnerable to attacks that could end the opponent's life

*After following my Senpai's brief instructions I begin to take out a shurikans from within my pouch and proceed to channel lightning chakra within them, after doing so, I begin to throw the said shurikans directly at the target with a cord attached to each of them, after the sudden impact, the opponent, who appears to be stunned from my veracious attack.


Combinations you could make with this jutsu:

I don't see any combination to make with the jutsu itself, only strategical concepts could be involved, theoretically speaking, suiton or other combo uses of certain elemental techs isn't needed IMO.

Ways to Counter:

Using wind to deflect the shurikan, I mean, anything solid for instance which forms a typical barricade to defend yourself from the shurikan is sufficient, that alone makes the technique at a very notable disadvantage as far as my knowledge on the jutsu is concerned.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):

As of uses, I can apparently come up with variety of ways to use this within the battle zone, as using a stun attack is rather proficient, it allows the enemy's movement capabilities to be verily limited, with that said, it allows me to further close in on the bastard and stab him with a pocket knife or something, or, something, similar, frankly, many jutsus could be used within your arsenal to cripple that inferential minion before your sight due to his concealed movement and numbness effect which lasts for a turn lulz.

Second Jutsu ​

*after listening to our beloved Senpai I move on with this tech! Allowing my chakra to flow and swirl across my crucial points of the body, I realse it through my hands in the form of a miniature bubble, causing it to expand beyond human comprehension and creating a large electrical barrier, sought to be used for defensive purposes, likewise.


Combinations you could make with this jutsu:

It's a defensive jutsu, I don't see any legitimate combination to go with this jutsu other then it's offensive capabilities to ram the enemy, and then Using other techs to keep your combo going smoothly.

Ways to Counter:

The shield can be weakened or removed entirely by using powerful wind related jutsu of higher calibers in bursts to remove it.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):

Very good jutsu, I can use it as a defensive measure and additionally, move along whilst active. Great advantage right there! Also, consdering the fact you can also attack (keeping in mind ONLY raiton attacks can be used during then) makes it pretty deadly and versatile, which allows me the opportunity to defend agAisnt the enemy and then attack him while I gain the opportunity, allowing for full head on defence and desperate offensive based strategical measure to be advised agAisnt the dude, and keep my combo going nonetheless.

Third Jutsu ​

*as I continue to attain knowledge for my own twisted purposes and lust for power, I move onto the next tech, after gathering a specific amount of chakra within my right hand, I create a glowing orb within my hand! and toss it across the air above me, after reaching a certain height, it begins to rain down raiton bolts (hallelujah!!) I put up a defence to defend myself from the raining bolts.


Combinations you could make with this jutsu:

I can use water, well rain? No, that's retarded, I'll just soak the enemy leaving him soaked in wataar and then rain down bolts upon him.

Ways to Counter:

I don't think raiton>raiton, I'll use the raiton shield to defend agAisnt this obscure jutsu.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):

Well in some cases it can prove to be a vital jutsu, but on the other hand, also fatal to the user himself if not taking precautionary measure before using it, let's just say it's good to use on an enemy in a genjutsu or strapped of his mobility, allowing me for precise finishing blows.
