Elder Son is..

Tobi is the Elder son, which is why he doesn't have MS AND EMS. He was the first to be gifted with eyes, and didn't know much about them upgrading them. Madara was the true Uchiha from what we know that has unlocked all Uchiha abilities except for other Uchiha MS techniques. The Elder Son ( Tobi ) knew that if he said to everyone that he is the Elder Son of So6p that they wouldn't believe him. So he called himself Madara. Tobi met Madara and said that when you fight Hashirama, I will revive you after a few years. That's why Nagato was in the Akatsuki and was under Tobi's command. Tobi was going to use Nagato to sacrifice himself to revive Madara. Luckily, Naruto gave Nagato a change of heart and died. Tobi was pissed and shocked. Kabuto came and revived Madara under his command. Tobi = Elder Son I'll say more if any of you guys got any questions, this my new theory.
