There were I think around 10-20 chapters for Goku and Friezas fight on Namek in 5 minutes. 15 is 3 times that much. Time is really only as fast or slow as Kishi makes the plot have it.

15 minutes is a long time. The war has been only going on for 2 days and we've been reading about it for over a year. I don't see it ending anytime this year. It will probably go to atleast chapter 700 which would make it end nxt year. If there's a way to draw it out as long as possible kishi will do it

Will it go on for another like 100 threads? Most definitely not. But I don't think tagging time unto chapter limits is wise as Kishi can basically make 3 chapters a minute.
