Gai only uses Taijutsu. Chakra potency and physical ability may be related, but the boost that others got to their Ninjutsu is far greater than the boost they got for their physical prowess.

Gai dies in Round 2. He can only get past the Gudo Dana with Night Guy here as it uses chakra, but he dies afterwards and can only hurt one target.

dont u think his EE NM will be much bigger and powerfull + he also has Kyuubi cloak(it increase his power 5x times right? not sure)

I think boosted EE might be able to surpass GujoDama. The rikudo chakra enhaces Taijutsu pretty well.

Having Rikudo's chakra doesn't let you touch the orb. Naruto was able to because of his mode, a mode Gai doesn't have. It's power is irrelevant to why he can't touch it.

Terrible example. TSB's only eradicate Ninjutsu if you have Senjutsu they pose no threat to you.

Example Gamaken spit some fluid at Obito's tsb and it didn't eradicate it. The fluid is made out of liquid but in contains Senjutsu inside of it. Gai body is made up of flesh in bones but it contains senjutsu inside of it thus it would get erased.

Sasuke Ps sword breaking through Nonuboku can be used as an example to. The sword wasn't even in contact with the Kurama avatar yet it didn't get erased why because the Senjutsu lied inside the Susanoo it's self.​

Pure chakra. Your whole argument fails because you can't tell the difference between flesh and bone. Madara was surprised when Naruto kicked the Gudo Dama back, meaning he didn't have the capability to do so before despite having Sage Mode. When RSM Naruto punched Madara and Madara blocked with the Gudo Dama, a layer of chakra was shown covering Naruto's arm. Meaning an unprotected person can't just hit the Gudo Dama and expect nothing to happen, because it disintegrates.
