Kakashi with his level of chakra cant teleport himself to the other dimension with kamui. And even before he thinks of doing it Gai's speed must have caught up with him. Gai's eight far surpasses kakashi

kakashi already went to the other dimension before kuarma give him chakra and after he used kamui 5 times and after 5 raiki-light chain-shadow clone-earth wall and kakashi in the kamui is so so fast and he easily can go to other dimension in apart of second

the only shinobi who i'm sure gai with 8th gate can't beat them
1.kakashi:as 8th won't affect who in other dimension
2.obito:intangible-as kakashi
3:minato:ftg
whatever 8th gate will be ,it is impossible to it to affect who in other dimension(obito,kakashi) or in other place (minato)
but it may as you can imagine affect any other one even perfect susano because it is in the same place and dimension

your list have mistakes

Gai's eight gate speed is faster than Minato.
Kakashi and obito may continue to move to the other dimension but i guess gai will wait till they are finished and strike with the morning peacock.
