Your spelling gave me Ebola. And no, Kakashi was able to use one gate through training, but even through intense training Lee was only able to use 6 gates by the time he was 18. Yeah it's cool and all that Sakura can concentrate chakra on her forehead or whatever for three years but they're incomparable feats.
