Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan Mistake.

he Peforms a Dōjutsu they are referring to

manga page. Yes his Eye's are Indeed bleeding while performing a Dōjutsu but I firmly believe this is a mistake by Kishimoto-Sama himself.

So what im Basically try to say is that Kishimoto-sama Obviously made a
Mistake while Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan Uchiha Sasuke was performing his Dōjutsu named Amaterasu-ō-mi-kami
At the Yakushi Kabuto vs Uchiha Itachi and Uchiha Sasuke fight.

Its more than likely Sasuke was still adjusting to the Eien no Mangekyō; There's noticeably less blood than when he simply had the Mangekyō.

Its extremely unlikely that it was literal mistake.​

He was bleeding due to the strain the jutsu puts on the eye. Once he got accustomed to EMS, his eyes stopped bleeding.

Extremely unlikely? I wouldn't go that far, he has made an array of mistakes. This is still a possibility, though like you said, there is a higher chance that it may have just been him adjusting to his new eyes.

I'm inclined to believe that it was a mistake as well. There is absolutely no blood on the very next page when it shows Sasuke.

Also I agree that when their eyes bleed it leaves a blood stain. When their eyes don't bleed, it doesn't leave a blood stain.

Edit: To those saying he wasn't used to it yet, I believe chapter 574 shows that he is quite used to it
