what are we watching? hell i know the translations can be diff from website to website but i think kakashi is at a prison.

edit: im probably just crazy can anyone tell me what the symbol behind kakashi is in the top right of the panel when he tells naruto hes on break or make out any of the other writting on the monitors etc? WHERE IS KAKASHI RECIEVING THIS PHONE CALL AT?
