The Regent finds himself, yet again, traveling through random lands for one reason or another. He's worked up a lot of cardio from the consistency and frequency of his travels yet he finds it rather tedious, traveling just for the sake of traveling. However, he has little else to do.

As he comes through a wide open field, he notices the presence of a young man sitting rather nonchalantly on a rock in the distance. The Regent sighs as he anticipates the result of coming across this man. He need not his Foresight to see this future before him. He approaches the young man but stops mid-ranged beside him as if waiting for the boy to say or do something.

Sasuke spun around to look at his opponent. "Who might you be?" He said, while clutching on a kunai behind his back, ready to defend against any surprise attack. He waited a few seconds, waited for an answer that he would not receive. I've heard of this guy before... He's supposedly a strong member of the Binkan Clan. Sasuke glared at the man, analyzing his shinobi clothing and looking for any weaponry he had on him. Sasuke hurled the kunai over to the Regent, aiming for his eyes.
