Tobirama and Toshiro walk out after having a nice meal at a nearby Ramen House. To their surprise, they encountered two prominent shinobi's, Jiraiya and Solf, looking for a fight. The duo refused to cooperate. "If you don't get out of our way, we'll be resort to forcing you out..." He threatens, as he performs a single hand seal to cause rain to fall. Tobirama, on the other hand, would activate his chakra sensing abilities, ready for battle.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someones chakra. Using these technique sensors can tell when the enemy is approaching and can easily track down targets. (Techniques activation lasts 5 turns)

As Jiraiya and Solf are just looking for a fight, they notice an unusual pour down of rain.

"Jiraiya look he started making it rain."

"Solf you are slower then a snail on two legs. Now you make it rain harder"

Solf performs one hand seal making rain even harder and his rain trumps over the other rain making it very hard for the men to use the rain as source of water and to sense the men.

Description: The user first uses the Dog hand seal and then creates a large rainstorm that stretches many miles. There is so much rain that there is enough water to form water release jutsu.

"Well guys you sure you want this? Solf and I will be glad to give the fade."

Tobirama creates a single hand seal, and from thin air, creates an orb of water. From the orb of water, multiple whips would emerge and would attempt to impale both enemies. Meanwhile, Toshiro would use his Nekura abilities and create a portal in front of him, below the chin so he could still have vision of the enemy.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

Description:
Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.

Solf and Jiraiya both stand side by side and smirk as the whips come at them. Solf yells out,

"EXTENDO!!!!"

Jiraiya's hair extends out and form around the men as the whips hits the hair. The hair has pieces where the eyes of Solf and Jiraiya can be seen.

(Ranjishigami no Jutsu) - Wild Lion's Mane Technique

Description: After doing the Snake hand seal, this technique uses chakra to temporarily enhance their hair and manipulate it so that grows longer as a result of it. There is also chakra flowing through the lengthened hair, making its hardness comparable to that of steel wire. By thickly bundling the hair, its strength is further increased, also increasing its destructive power. Its name may come from the fact that, as seen just before striking Pain, it takes the shape of what resembles a lion's mouth.

As the hair extends around Solf and Jiraiya, Solf has the ground around the men to extend out towards them. There is a spike behind Tobirama and on the side of him, then there is a spike in front of Toshiro and on the side of him. They aim to distract them instead of killing them(yes they extend out to try to kill them).

Description: The user of this technique condenses the soil and rock in the area to sprout out in the form of four large spikes which attack the target from four separate directions to make it harder to evade. However, it can be easilty avoided by escaping upwards.

"What an interesting ability..." Tobirama whispered to Toshiro as he witnessed Jiraiya's hair extend to protect the two. Seconds after, Tobirama would feel the enemies chakra present underneath both Toshiro and himself. "Oi Shiro, they're attacking from below.. I'll take care of it." Tobirama advised, as he performs the Ram hand seal. Meanwhile, Toshiro would perform a hand seal himself, and spit out five smaller bullets of water towards the two enemies, allowing it to go through the portal and have traces of Keigoku. Two of which would be aimed towards Solf, while the rest would be aimed towards Jiraiya. With the 'distraction' released, Tobirama would release a mass of water from his mouth, raising both him and toshiro above ground, easily evading the spikes while creating large waves of water that would crush the enemies if left undefended.

Description: The user will do the Tiger handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out either a single very large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked or a series of up to 5 smaller yet faster bullets. The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Solf and Jiriya stay surrounded by Jiraiya's hair and looking out towards the men. They smile while laughing at the duo as they do their sycn attack. Solf slams his hands on the ground as Jiraiya has his hair to retract into its normal size again. The ground in front of the men shoots up and is around 10 meters tall and 10 meters wide. The water jutsu spaces against the wall spreading out extend of extending towards them men.

"Sooo, Jiraiya what are you doing tonight when you leave here?"

"Lets do some research"

"Why dont you say hit on the ladies instead of doing research. You sound like a pervert like Naruto calls you."

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

As the water is split in half, from the large wall erected, Tobirama would perform a simple hand gesture, indicating that the enemies are still in the same position (With his chakra sensing abilities). With this in mind, Toshiro would perform a single hand seal to create two heads, shaped like hydras to form from the water source Tobirama expelled. One would be five five meters to the side of Solf, and the other would be five meters to the side of Jiraiya. By now, the waters would be calming, allowing the Rams to form completely. Once it is formed, they both would expel powerful streams of pressurized water. "Research...? Perverted old man." Tobirama added, as he puts Flying Thunder God on four kunai's, all of which he'd place in his ninja pouch where it is easily accessible.

Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).
Note: Can only be used by Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato bios.
