MINE!! You're in charge of resparking my interest in the RP; let's see how long you hold out. Mystogan bio "mask" in sig.

Looking towards the man across from him, Mystogan released his chakra into the ground beneath his feet and began to pick up all pressure on the ground around him, as well as all vibrations within the ground as a form of sensory perception. Soon after, Mystogan wove six handseals and caused clouds to appear overhead, and for rain to fall to the ground. Looking up at the man, Mystogan began to speak.
Now that I've set the mood, perhaps it's time I explain. I am bored. I need no further explanation.
Reaching behind himself, Mystogan pulled his katana out of it's hidden sheath in the trident-headed staff, and swung it in a large crescent, reaching from his right shoulder to his left hip. As the sword swung, a large crescent of black chakra was emitted and shot towards the man like a projectile, intending to cut straight though him like a true sword. Mystogan then stood there, with the katana in his right hand, awaiting a response with his sensory of the ground and all within and under it, and with his connection to everything his rain touched.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

With the sun shining brightly, Zeref had a feeling that the day would be interesting. This hunch was soon reassured when he crosses pass with a mysterious looking man. Being a Kirigakure ninja, he's heard rumours of the man that stood before him but never have really seen the man in person. He was the kage, or so that's what he's heard from others. Zeref curled his eyebrows in confusion after hearing what the "Kage" uttered. "Bored? As a Kage of one of the five great villages, I would think that you would have work piled up on your desk. Nontheless, as you are my kage, i think, i guess i shall entertain you." He looked up before attempting anything, and felt the raindrops pour down at his face, which oddly enough, reminded him of Amegakure. As he fixed his vision back to Mystogan, Zeref quickly takes note of the cresent-shaped wave released towards him, with the source of it being unknown to Zeref, but he was convinced that it came from the katana. "I don't enjoy battling... but if i have to." Although Zeref claimed to have a hatred of battling, he was quite an expert at it. Without showing any sign of hesitation, Zeref stomps on the ground and spreads a large amount of fire chakra into the ground, materializing it so that it would turn into flames once it rises. When it does, it takes the form of three large pillars and would be spaced out evenly, one meter away from each other and wouldn't serve for offensive purposes, more like a distraction. Despite it being a distraction, it also served as an important defense against the wave released from the sword. The pillars would rise two meters from Zeref, and spaced out one meter each, covering all of short-range. Zeref creates the pillars right in front of them, making sure that his opponent wouldn't see what he is up to from behind the pillars.

Immediately after the fire pillars were summoned, Zeref gathers lightning based chakra in his mouth and releases it in the form of lightning. He releases it from behind the three pillars, where the lightning goes through the pillars made of fire and is revealed to Mystogan, about 5 meters from where he stood. Furthermore, Zeref manipulates it so that when it is revealed from the third pillar, it would split into four different parts, all originating from one lightning spear and would all attack Mystogan's body, in an arc. The flames would die down seconds after the lightning is released.
