He wore a black bandanna around his head and adorned himself with a white captain's coat which hung loosely from his broad shoulders and bore his Jolly Roger symbol. He was always seen bare-chested, and wore light, loose pants tucked inside his large black boots, and a dark pirate sash around his waist. While not in battle, Whitebeard was typically on oxygen and attached to several medical sensor machines, due to health issues concerning his age.

History:
Before Chunin Exam
Whitebeard was an athletic ninja since he was born. He was rarely seen chilling out, always spending his time building his muscle up. His dream was to become a great traveler who can tell many amazing tales. Even academy teacher are proud of him. He losts his father during the Second Great Ninja War and he really wanted a family since then.

Young Whitebeard
Whitebeard is at first was a young traveler, going through all sea, and whenever he came back to Sunagakure, he talk his tale back to the folks, things he had met, children often listen to him. He is a very popular person in the town. It is said that he is even more popular than Kazekage. When he is asked to be Kazekage, he neglect because he wants a carefree life. Whenever he goes out to the sea, everybody comes to the port and say goodbye to him.

At age like 60, he retire from doing missions and often go on his free will, but he comes back and helps people as much as he can. He helped a lot in building since he has immerse physical strength, often seen carrying logs and stones and heavy stuffs. He now stay at a huge mansion outside the village in the field but still comes back into the village to buy foods, and stuffs. He has also written his popular book "The Ninja Sailor". He did not participate in war though cause of his serious health issue but it is cured now.

]Whitebeard's Bisento
Whitebeard fought with a Naginata called a bisento, and was immensely skilled with it. The weapon's size is massive, fitting that of its owner, with a striped pole (with the stripes being all plain brown in the anime, but red and yellow in the manga) ending in a spherical edge, and a curved, large blade attached to the pole via a golden part, decorated by what looks like a sea snake, with a thin part of it protruding on the blade itself. Whitebeard usually employed the bisento using both hands, but was also seen capable of using it proficiently with just one hand. Most of the time he kept it in his right hand, and sometimes he was seen planting its blade in the ground, in order to use both of his hands for jutsus
