It's fine but Hatake is not an official NB clan nor is it in Naruto. It is just a surname to our knowledge.

Background Info

History:He lost his father whene his mother was just 3 months pregnant with him and his mother died giving birth to him he was raised by an orphenadge and recently became a genin.He often gets picked on on having no talent and bieng a genin only by luck he is very quiet.He is always in his home training waiting for another mission (he only gets low class misions like taking dogs out for a walk)
