He almost is always wearing a bowlers hat which is very well made and has a large bright green question mark on it. He wears a dark green suit which is specially made for combat yet looks extremely professional. This is also covered with the question mark logo all over it. He also wears a tie with question mark logo. And he always carries a cane that resembles a question mark with him.
Personality: Edward's personality borders on that of an ego-maniac. He prides himself in his intelligence, as well as flaunts to those around him. He does not skip details on how he acquired his criminal fortune, taking every chance he gets to brag about the simplest thing. He also has an extreme form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. His symptoms revolve around the need to strive to tell the truth. But through the use of well fabricated riddles. He feels as if he should always leave a clue to his misdoings due to abuse as a child. He also loves to create chaos and murder innocents though he always leaves clues behind that would lead anyone to the victim's killer. Something his warped mind has caused him to do ever since his father beat him as a child.

Contract.Background Info
History: Edward was born in the undergrounds of Amegakure. His mother had died at birth leaving Edward to his father who in turn always blamed Edward for her death. Growing up, Edward was a very intelligent young man. Easily passing tests at the academy, as well as constantly completing any kind of puzzles. He even liked coming up with his own puzzles and riddles, though sometimes they were quite disturbing ones. Intentionally made to prove his superior intellect to his peers. He in fact had/still has the obsession to create and complete puzzles. He eventually even started coming up with his own puzzles or what he lied to call "riddles" that would specifically make for any specific person. Edward's father was a jealous man. He envied his son's intellect as well as his capability as a ninja. He would frequently beat Edward, for the simplest of reasons. Sometimes he would even create his own reasons that were none sense. Edward would never ever strike his father back for he felt responsible for his mother's death. After years of this, Edward started creating very complex puzzles for his father to prove to him he was wrong. This would just infuriate his father even more.One day though Edward created a puzzle with an explosive tag wrapped on a mechanism he had crafted. A stipulation that stated if his father did not complete it he would get to see his dead wife once more. Knowing that his father would intentionally throw his life away not knowing the answer to the riddle. Intentionally his father just threw the box down and laughed as the explosive tag went off killing him and sending Edward to the top. He fled the underground and started living in the high rise complexes always staying away from people. Though he has grown attached to the rainy weather as it is his favorite. He loves his village and most of the people in it. He continues growing in strength and plans to one day set his "Master Riddle" into action. If ever needed all they would have to do is summon him. He would do anything in his power for the village. Even if it affected his future plans.
