minato could have gotten used to the chakra because - as you might remember - the sealer who uses the forbidden sealing technique (with the shinigami) and the sealed "soul" will battle each other in the shinigami. so minato has been fighting 16 years with half of the kyuubi and like that, he might have gotten used to it.
it is also possible that he "tamed" it, like naruto did with kurama.
and he was never really dead because he was in the shinigami

Minato didn't have to deal with a conscious Kurama inside of him. Kurama's yang chakra in Minato was always free to use for him.

Notice the fact that every jinchuuriki for the Kyuubi we've seen so far have been Uzumaki and they are really famous for their extraordinary chakra reserves and life force.

I'm not trying to discredit Minato, dude's a boss but I honestly don't want to see people placing him higher in power ranks.

I never said he had training time, but after fighting an opponent for 16 years (!) you might know his weaknesses or something like that, making it easier for minato to take control of the kyuubi half in his body after he was released

Edo has nothing to do with it. Minato died shortly after he sealed kyuubi and unlike madara there was no modifications made to his body. So what minato does now is the same thing he could do before he died.

Completely misread what I wrote. Minato didn't have to fight Kurama and in his non-Edo form, Minato wouldn't be able to handle such a heavy chakra.

Every Kurama host we've seen are Uzumaki and they are chosen because they have massive chakra reserves and life force, so they can handle the strongest Bijuu.

doesn't matter, fact remains anytime someone makes a vs thread with Minato, KCM will be involved, honestly at this point does it even matter if edos count? the fine line of balance this manga had is shattered, things that we thought weren't plausible are happening every chapter now, the way I see it ppl should just enjoy the manga rather than get worked up on a characters ranking in hypothetical imaginary fights that will never take place.

What makes you think that he doesn't have great reserves? It could be that the numbness happens to all jinchuriki if they're old enough to remember it.
